CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure the highest level of service and accommodate all clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a charge of 100% of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice (no-shows) will also be charged 100% of the reserved service.
